Our client, Australias leading provider of Hosted Voice and IP Telephony is looking for new Business Development Managers to be based in Melbourne. You will be selling the latest Hosted IP Telephony and Video conferencing solutions along with Managed Networks Unified Communications which is in great demand right now.

Your sole focus is to drive new business within the medium to large market sector within your territory, and access ?C? Level decision makers and senior advocates and influencers across the organisation. You will proactively manage the sales process through to close and hand-over to a Key Account Manager.

Youmust be results driven, determined, and have a strong passion for solution selling in Unified Communications space. Rewards for successful efforts are a base salary of $85,000- $95,000+ Car + Super and Uncapped Commission with an OTE of $160,000.

• Proven sales record within thehosted/cloudICT space
• 3+ Years solution selling experience
• Consistently achieved your targets
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Worked acrossmedium/large organisations
• Hunter mentality

• Telecommunications sales experience
• Worked across Unified Communications
• Established network within the Victorian region

• You have farmer mentality its not an Account Management role
• Youve previously sold only calling plans and/or feeds and speeds its not that kind of role
