What a fabulous sunny day in Seattle-Tacoma.? Ate healthy, and worked out, and mowed the lawn and enjoyed the sun; Burned 900 calories on Cardio and Weights, feel just great; Had a smoothie,?ate roasted chicken (without the skin), drank lots of Ice Tea, had a dinner salad and two pieces of fruit; Did not see Bruno Mar or go see U2, but watched a heart warming movie by Rob Reiner called ?Flipped? and just enjoyed a quiet evening at home with my Pugs; What a life, getting in better health, doing what I want to do, and soaking some Sunrays; Getting in shape takes a lot of comittment and determination but it sure is worthwhile, yet I got about 90 more days to complete my mission;? Not sure If I will workout tomorrow, body is getting tired and maybe I should take a rest day to recover.? Eitherway, I am pleased with my progress.?
