This problem set should help you better grasp the concepts that we have been going over in class during the past couple of class meetings, as well as prepare you for Thursday?s discussion on CAPM.? Besides turning Problem Set 7a in at the beginning of class on Thursday, also come prepared for a related class discussion on it?
I have also decided to extend the deadline for the extra credit problem set (which is devoted to the topic of moral hazard in the managerial labor market).? Both problem sets?are demonstrative of the?types of questions that you can expect to work in the upcoming?midterm exam on November 13.
